How do I make a reservation?

Reservations for lunch and dinner are taken through the Den Corner reservation portal, hosted on the Izakaya Den website. Select Sushi Den when booking.

What are your hours?

Lunch is Monday through Friday, 11:30 am – 2:00 pm. Dinner is Monday–Thursday 5:00–9:30 pm, Friday & Saturday 4:30–10:00 pm and Sunday 4:00–9:00 pm. Daily closing times reflect the time of last seating.

Where do I pick up a take out order?

The pick-up location is at Izakaya Den from Tuesday through Saturday; on Sunday and Monday it is at Sushi Den. Go straight inside — there is no need to wait in the dine-in line.

How long does take out take?

We are a made-from-scratch kitchen and everything is freshly made per order. During the busy dinner hour, lead time can be up to 45–60 minutes from the time you order.

What is Chef's Table?

A private Okonomi-style dinner for two guests per hour, seated at the counter of the Sushi Den private room in front of your chef, lasting two hours. Requests are made through the Chef's Table registration form and confirmed by our team.

Can Chef's Table accommodate dietary restrictions?

We are not in a position to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan focused menus due to the nature of Japanese cuisine. We do observe food allergies and ask that you tell us at booking.

Why are there three restaurants so close together?

Synergies between the three operations: shared resources of staff, storage and management. Sushi Den, Izakaya Den and Ototo form a trifecta on the Den Corner.

Where does your fish come from?

Fish is purchased each morning at one of the largest fish markets in southern Japan, in Fukuoka on Kyushu Island, then cleaned, vacuum-packed and flown to Denver.
